Neighborhood Watch Program
The Belmere community is officially under the
Orange County Neighborhood Watch Program. This was accomplished through
our continuous cooperation and communication with the Orange County
Sheriff Office. This is further evidenced by the Neighborhood Watch signs which are posted at entrances to Belmere & Whitney Aisles.
The following information was provided by the Sheriff Department:
- Call 911 for all emergency calls (report anything that you think is suspicious).
- Call (407) 836-4357 for non-emergency calls.
- Orange County Sheriff Office web site is www.ocso.com
Community Pool
Our pool is used quite often by many of our residents. Let's keep in mind it is our pool.
Let's treat it like it was in our own backyard. Yes, there is a pool
service but they are not there every day. Pick up after yourself and
arrange the furniture nicely for those who may use it after you. If you
see garbage please pick it up even if it is not your own. If we all
take a minute to be sure the pool area looks welcoming it will remain
welcoming to all!
