Security Committee - The security committee is
responsible for evaluating security issues in the neighborhood and making
recommendations to the Board on ways to improve security and safety in the
neighborhood. The committee also oversees the neighborhood watch program (to determine your Block Captain and for further information, please see
Block Captain listing).

Landscape Committee - The landscape committee is the
liaison between the Landscaper and the Board Members. The committee is
responsible for walking the property with the landscapers to assure that the

Communications Committee - The communications committee has the responsibility for content, production and distribution of the community newsletter, update of the website and other publication as may be designated by the board. Communications Chairperson - TBD

Architectural Review Committee- This committee is responsible for
reviewing and either approving or denying application for modifications/changes
to Belmere homes or properties. They are in place to assist homeowners in

Social Committee- This committee is responsible for developing and conducting various events in
the neighborhood throughout the year to encourage residents to meet one another,
foster communication and participate in social events.
