Clubhouse
One of Belmere's focal points is it clubhouse which overlooks a lake. The Belmere clubhouse is lavishly designed with a community meeting room and within its proximity are amenities that include a sauna, exercise room, swimming pool, a basketball court, two tennis courts and a children's playground. Residents can reserve the clubhouse for small meetings and or private functions.
Exercise Room
The exercise room is located inside the clubhouse and is available on a first come first served basis. The clubhouse is accessible with a key, which is provided to each homeowner.

Swimming Pool
The
swimming pool is located behind the clubhouse and is accessible through
the rear door of the clubhouse or through the gates on the sides of the
clubhouse.
Tennis courts
The
two tennis courts are located in an area adjacent to the clubhouse and
behind the parking lot. The courts are available on a first come first
served basis. No reservations are required for the use of the tennis
courts.

Basketball court
The basketball court is located in the immediate vicinity of the clubhouse and close to the children's playground. The basketball court is available on a first come first served basis.
Children's/Tot playground
The children's/tot playground is located behind the clubhouse in an area close to the basketball court.
